This handbook was developed to help companies embed environmental considerations into their mineral supply chain due diligence procedures. 

In 2023, UN Women introduced the Women's Empowerment Principles' Gender-Responsive Procurement Assessment Tool. This tool was designed to help companies gauge their progress on GRP policies and practices. To test this Tool, UN Women partnered with the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030 to launch a pilot programme that evaluates gender-responsive procurement in the jewellery industry. This report shares the results of that pilot programme.

The Better Trade Tool is intended to serve as a resource for users interested in learning about labor exploitation risks in global supply chains. The search feature enables users to select a specific country, good, type of labor exploitation, and year from the respective dropdown lists.

The Pilares project is supporting civil society organizations in Colombia to more effectively detect and combat child labor and unacceptable working conditions in artisanal and small-scale mines.

Levin Sources and the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM), in partnership with Genesis Lda, integrated capacity-building efforts throughout the implementation phase of a project carried out in Mozambique as part of the World Bank-funded Mining And Gas Technical Assistance Project (MAGTAP).
